Basketball Playing Experience

My journey with basketball started when I was 10 years old and participated in the Raymond Townsend basketball program. I went on to play at Davis Intermediate School, and then Oak Grove High School (1992-1996), where I helped lead the team to our first MHAL league titles in many years as a Junior and Senior and received All MHAL and county accolades. I also participated on local AAU teams and played in tournaments in the Bay Area, SoCal and Las Vegas. I attended UC Berkeley and participated on the Men's Basketball team that made it to the Sweet 16 during the 1996​/​1997 season.

Overview of Training Session Plan

Focus on helping players improve their shooting form and ball handling skills. Also incorporate drills to simulate live game situations.
